December news you can use

Greetings, 399 parents! Hope you’re enjoying the season.

As a reminder, our den meetings are scheduled for tomorrow night, 12/10, at 7 p.m. at Violet. No more den meetings till January 14, 2014!

Please note: There has been a change of location for the December 18 pack meeting. We’ll be meeting at St. Andrews Church, right next door to the Violet Twp fire station on Refugee. Violet’s first grade classes are putting on a holiday play that same night, and all our Tigers are in the cast. If there’s any new information provided at the pack meeting, we’ll bring missing Cubs and their parents up to speed.

One more thing. The Tigers have a Go See It scheduled this Friday night, 12/13, but we welcome anyone from the pack who wants to attend. We’re meeting at 7 p.m. at Ohio Village, 800 E. 17th Ave in Columbus, for its annual “Dickens of a Christmas” event—-period attire, performances, caroling, crafts, etc. Should be a fun time. Details here: http://www.ohiohistory.org/programs–events/ohio-village/dickens-of-a-christmas. (Since this fulfills a Tiger den requirement, the pack will pay admission for each Tiger Cub and an accompanying parent.)

***IMPORTANT: When you arrive, let the folks up front know you’re with Pack 399, and you’ll receive a discount on admission ($10/adult, $7/child).

Have a safe and joyous holiday season! If you have any questions or concerns, give us a shout.

Best,

Paul & Becky Tumidolsky
